Account

This website is free to access and does not require an account. If you do choose to create an account, your email address and a hashed version of your password will be stored securely by Edinplay Limited to facilitate logging in. If you place an order, Edinplay Limited will also store your order details including email address, order number, order value, tracking information and receipt URL for the purposes of fulfilling your order and maintaining appropriate business records.

Tracking

Payments

Payments on this website are processed securely by Square, a third-party payment services provider. Payment card details are entered directly into Square’s secure systems and are not stored by Edinplay Limited. Square will process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

If you need to get in touch, you can send an email to [email protected]. By sending an email, you are consenting to a reply and any subsequent related emails. You will not be added to a mailing list, and your email address will not be used for marketing purposes. Your email address and any information contained within emails will be retained for a limited period and are automatically deleted after 6 years in accordance with business record-keeping obligations. Customer enquiries submitted via this website, email or social media channels associated with the Teachpal brand may be handled by authorised representatives acting on behalf of Edinplay Limited in connection with customer support, order fulfilment and related services. These authorised representatives may include individuals who assist with product design, marketing or customer communications and who have been granted access to relevant personal data solely for the purposes of responding to enquiries and fulfilling contractual obligations to customers. Your name, property address, telephone number and email address. We’ll only use this information to provide you with the service you have requested.
Your preferred method of contact, so that we can continue to use the platform you’re comfortable with e.g., email, Instagram, Facebook.
Your social media profile name, so that we can find you again.
Correspondence e.g., emails and postal mail.
Documents we’ve created for you e.g., quotations and invoices.
Details of any works we carry out at your property.
Before and after photos, limited strictly to the works we are carrying out. If you’re happy for us to share these on our website or social media platforms, we’ll also store are copy of your signed authorisation.
Details of any payments you make to us, although this does not include any bank account or card details (see below).

What information don’t we collect?
Our business is home renovations, so we have absolutely no interest in holding onto any extra information about you than is absolutely necessary.

We do not use customer usernames or logins for our website. We therefore do not collect any usernames or passwords from you.
Bank account or card details relating to your payments, as all electronic payments to us are made through your online banking.

At any time, you can ask us about the information we hold relating to you. We automatically delete all emails older than 6 years.
