For bathrooms and kitchens, we visit first, talk through the work, then provide a no-obligation fixed-price quote. We explain what is included, what is not included and any optional extras you might like to include.
For smaller plumbing jobs, we can arrange a call-out capped at our daily rate. If you need longer to decide, we're happy to reprocess quotes so the price reflects the best current supplier costs.

We look at the space, discuss the detail and flag any practical constraints early.

We'll never rush you into a decision, or push you towards unnecessary work.

Where we cover
Rayleigh and the surrounding areas.
We cover a 10 mile radius (north of the Thames) from Rayleigh for emergency call-outs. For anything else, we cover an area containing Rayleigh, Southend, Colchester, Braintree, Dunmow, Chipping Ongar and Romford. We're flexible, so if you're a little way out of the boundary but really like the look of our work, get in touch and we'll be more than happy to see what we can do.
